Aisha Jamila Hinch is an American actress best famous for her performances on the TV shows The Shield and True Blood. Since her first appearance in 2003 she has demonstrated her acting versatility by giving outstanding performances in television series such as 9-1-1 Detroit 1--8-7 and Under the Dome. The first time she was noticed was for her character Anna in 2005's film Assault on Precinct 13. But it was her performance in the role of women's rights activist Fannie Lou Hamer on the film biographical All the Way that finally earned her recognition as an actor. Hind received praise by critics for her portrayal as Harriet Tubman in WGN America's time-travel drama series Underground. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. The series has been renewed for a third season by 20th Century Fox Television. Hind recently Hind wrapped filming for the Hollywood movie Godzilla: King of the Monsters that is set to be released in the middle of 2019. The father Krishnaraj was an Army scientist. He died in March of 2017 on the 18th day. Her mother Vrinda has a job at home. Aditya is her elder brother who is also a merchant naval engineer. Her brother was co-producing and co-writing the film Dil Ka Rishta with their mother. The actress attended Arya Vidya Mandir High School located in Mumbai which is where her family relocated. Jai Hind College in Mumbai was the place where she finished the intermediate portion of her schooling in one year, before enrolling in D.G. Ruparel College Matunga, where she scored 90 percent on her H.S.C. exams. The student spent the majority in adolescence studying the classical music and dance. Her favorite subject was zoology. Bachchan did her studies in architecture when she was awarded the title of Miss World 1994. Her title helped propel her into the industry of modeling's rapid pace. She received lucrative positions with PepsiCo Inc. and Vogue magazine in addition to an ambassador contract with L'Oreal Paris in 2003. The actress's career was off on the right foot thanks to her acclaimed roles on Iruvar (1997) and Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya (1997). Both of these films were a departure from the standard structure that characterized Bollywood films of the day, propelling Bachchan onto the forefront of Bollywood's New Bollywood. Through her poignant portrayal of the betrayed lover Paro for Devdas (2002) one of the most popular Bollywood films as well as the first one to be shown during the Cannes Film Festival Bachchan cemented her place as the Queen of Bollywood. She received praise for the role she played in Chokher Bali (2003) which was a dramatic play based on the novel of RabindranathTagore. Bachchan was the very first Indian to make it onto the jury of the Cannes Film Festival. Bachchan began her career in the film Gurinderchadha's Bride and Prejudice, a dance and musical adaptation of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice. The beauty and star power of Bachchan have been brought to the forefront of the first major English-language film. In 2006, Bachchan returned to Bollywood through the smash production Dhoom: 2 before releasing Provoked: The True Story in English. She married Abhishek Bachchan, a co-star, who is the son of Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan. This marriage brings two of India's top and most influential personalities in one place.
